What do I get when I buy a Teamioed membership?

Membership currently includes access to 10 TeamDiscussions, with new ones added monthly. Each soft skills workshop is taught by a psychology professional and/or people development expert and lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Teamioed’s TeamDiscussions have been specifically designed to complement existing team meetings or to be run as standalone sessions. With our online class platform, you can conduct the training in-person or through a virtual meeting.

Keep in mind that it is not necessary to be an expert on the subject. Our virtual coaches will provide you with everything required to lead a successful training session. We deliver the theory and introduce various activities for soft skills, then you and your team can discuss, collaborate, and cooperate so that the new information can take root.

How much does Teamioed cost? 

The annual and monthly memberships for Teamioed eLearning courses can be viewed here. This price provides unlimited access to existing soft skills training courses via our online class platform. You’ll also be able to access new sessions the moment they launch. 

All Teamioed memberships include full access to our high-definition TeamDicussions as well as downloadable session guides and templates. These include everything leaders, managers and individual contributors need to plan and run a soft skill workshop. With Teamioed, you’ll never need to buy soft skills training from another provider again. 

Will I be charged taxes? 

At present, Teamioed is not VAT/tax registered, which means that we do not charge VAT/tax. All pricing shown on our website and invoices has been configured to align with this policy.

How does the 30 day free trial work?

Our goal is to ensure you have the best team development experience possible. That’s why we give new members the opportunity to try before making any commitments. When signing up to the 30 day trial, you will be asked to provide a credit card; however, rest assured, you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. This allows you to explore and experience our platform without any financial obligation.

If, after starting your trial with Teamioed, you find that our services are not the right fit for your needs, we understand. Simply follow the cancellation instructions provided below within your 30-day trial period, and your credit card will not be charged.

To cancel your membership, signing into your Teamioed Account on our website, select "Account", and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. When clicked, a pop-up message will appear for confirmation. To find out more please see our Terms and Conditions.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your Teamioed membership will automatically renew at the end of your free trial. However, you can cancel any time before the renewal by accessing your account page. Simply follow the prompts to cancel in your Account page, and your membership will not renew. You can learn more about subscription terms by checking out our Terms and Conditions

Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan?

Yes! Teamioed not only wants to make it easy to buy soft skills training but to change your plan as well. You can easily change your membership plan on your account page to suit the size of your team. If you downgrades your membership plan, the price difference between the two plans will appear as a credit on your account and will be applied to the membership price for the next billing cycle/renewal. 

Please note: changing your membership in a trial period will end the trial, and you'll be charged for the new membership.

How do I cancel? 

If you don’t want to continue accessing our soft skills eLearning courses, you can easily cancel your membership renewal through your Account page. Simply follow the steps below to cancel and your membership will not renew. You can read more about canceling your Teamioed membership in our Terms and Conditions. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partially unused membership periods.

What is included with each Teamioed TeamDiscussion?

Each Teamioed soft skills training session consists of a 45-minute to 1-hour guided learning experience. Leaders, managers or individual contributors are provided with a course and summary guide to help them direct each team learning and development exercise. However, our knowledgeable Teamioed virtual coaches will handle most of the work, so there’s minimal preparation involved. Simply gather the team together and get ready to learn!

Does Teamioed provide coaching tips or resources for managers? 

We do! Leaders, managers or team leaders are provided with an in-depth guide covering each eLearning course. This lets them better understand what we’ll cover in the soft skills training experiences. It also gives them valuable information on how to contribute to the Learning experience and development activities. 

Where do I run a TeamDiscussion?

Teamioed’s TeamDiscussions have been built to complement your team meetings or to be run as standalone team eLearning sessions. You can conduct the experience as an in-person or virtual meeting, as team-based soft skill learning is perfectly suited to any environment. Simply log in, access the session of your choice, and hit “begin.” It’s as easy as that. If you do plan to host your TeamDiscussion remotely, just know that you will need to use virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.) as Teamioed does not provide its own.   

How do I access new Teamioed courses?

New soft skills online courses will be added to your subscription automatically. You can access them through your Teamioed account as soon as they are launched. 

What skill level is required for TeamDiscussion?

All of Teamioed’s eLearning courses and training activities are designed for beginners and intermediates. However, everyone can benefit from ongoing soft skills training, enhanced problem-solving skills, and teamwork education.
