What do I get when I buy Teamioed for my organization?

Membership grants access to all of our leadership experience sessions. Each software-guided soft skills session, led by a psychology professional or people development expert, lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Teamioed’s sessions are specifically designed to bring practical leadership experiences into your programs. When facilitated by your leaders, they seamlessly complement existing team meetings or function as standalone sessions. With our online platform, your leaders can conduct these trainings in-person or through virtual meetings.

No additional expertise is required by your leaders. Our digital coaches provide your team with all the resources they need to run a successful session. Each Teamioed soft skills training session offers a 45-minute to 1-hour guided learning experience. Leaders or managers receive a session guide and summary to help facilitate each leadership learning and development session. However, our expert Teamioed digital coaches take care of most of the work, ensuring minimal preparation is required. All your leaders need to do is gather their team and get ready to practice your program's learning outcomes.

Does Teamioed provide coaching tips or resources for leaders? 

We do! Leaders or managers are provided with an in-depth guide covering each practical session. This lets them better understand what we’ll cover in the soft skills training experiences. It also gives them valuable information on how to contribute to the learning experience and development activities. 

Where do I run a practical team session?

Teamioed sessions are designed to complement team meetings or function as standalone learning opportunities. Leaders or managers can facilitate the experience either in-person or virtually, as team-based soft skills learning fits seamlessly into any environment. Leaders simply log in, access the session aligned with your program’s curriculum, and hit “begin.” It’s that easy. However, if they plan to run the software-guided session remotely, they will need to use virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, or Slack, as Teamioed does not provide this.
