What is Teamioed?
Teamioed provides affordable, minimal preparation, technology-led team learning experiences designed to help teams improve soft skills. Our eLearning courses utilize the latest science to create fun, engaging, and inspiring courses based on topics like “Goal Setting,” “Resilience,” “Communication Skills,” and “Inclusion.” Our courses contain all the information and tools a leader, manager, or HRBP and L&D professional requires to fulfill their team's learning needs and drive higher performance.
What do I get when I buy a Teamioed membership?
Membership currently includes access to 10 TeamDiscussions, with new ones added monthly. Each soft skills workshop is taught by a psychology professional and/or people development expert and lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Teamioed’s TeamDiscussions have been specifically designed to complement existing team meetings or to be run as standalone sessions. With our online class platform, you can conduct the training in-person or through a virtual meeting.
Keep in mind that it is not necessary to be an expert on the subject. Our virtual coaches will provide you with everything required to lead a successful training session. We deliver the theory and introduce various activities for soft skills, then you and your team can discuss, collaborate, and cooperate so that the new information can take root.

How much does Teamioed cost?
The annual and monthly memberships for Teamioed eLearning courses can be viewed here. This price provides unlimited access to existing soft skills training courses via our online class platform. You’ll also be able to access new sessions the moment they launch.

Will I be charged taxes?
At present, Teamioed is not VAT/tax registered, which means that we do not charge VAT/tax. All pricing shown on our website and invoices has been configured to align with this policy.

How does the 30 day free trial work?
Our goal is to ensure you have the best team development experience possible. That’s why we give new members the opportunity to try before making any commitments. When signing up to the 30 day trial, you will be asked to provide a credit card; however, rest assured, you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. This allows you to explore and experience our platform without any financial obligation.
If, after starting your trial with Teamioed, you find that our services are not the right fit for your needs, we understand. Simply follow the cancellation instructions provided below within your 30-day trial period, and your credit card will not be charged.

What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your Teamioed membership will automatically renew at the end of your free trial. However, you can cancel any time before the renewal by accessing your account page. Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan?
Yes! Teamioed not only wants to make it easy to buy soft skills training but to change your plan as well. You can easily change your membership plan on your account page to suit the size of your team. If you downgrades your membership plan, the price difference between the two plans will appear as a credit on your account and will be applied to the membership price for the next billing cycle/renewal.

How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue accessing our soft skills eLearning courses, you can easily cancel your membership renewal through your Account page. Simply follow the steps below to cancel and your membership will not renew. You can read more about canceling your Teamioed membership in our Terms and Conditions. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partially unused membership periods.
